Overview

TimeLee is a timetable management app designed for faculty and students. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device using Android's built-in storage system:

• Your timetable schedule (classes, times, locations)
• Class notes you add
• Reminder settings
• App preferences

This data is never sent to us or any third party. It exists only on your phone.

Third-Party AI Services

When you extract a timetable from an image, the image is sent to a third-party AI service for processing. This is the only time data leaves your device.

• The image is sent securely over HTTPS for AI text extraction.
• The image is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently by the AI service.
• Only the extracted text data (class names, times, locations) is returned and saved locally on your device.
• No personal information is sent along with the image.

Home Screen Widget

TimeLee provides an optional home screen widget that displays today's classes. The widget reads schedule data stored locally on your device. No data is transmitted externally for the widget to function.

Permissions Used

• Internet: Required to send timetable images to the AI service for extraction
• Notifications: Used to send class reminder notifications
• Exact Alarm: Used to schedule precise class reminders

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by:

• Tapping the Reset button in the app
• Clearing app data from Android Settings → Apps → TimeLee → Clear Data
• Uninstalling the app

Since we do not operate any servers, there is no data to delete on our end.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal identification information (name, email, phone)
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect usage analytics or crash reports
• We do not use advertising SDKs or trackers
• We do not require account creation or login

Children's Privacy

TimeLee is intended for users aged 18 and above (college faculty and students). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
